SHIPPING TIMELINE

We offer worldwide express shipping with tracking. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Standard Locations (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.): 7-14 business days.

  • Remote Locations (HI, AK, GU, PR, and other countries): 21-60 business days.

Shipping times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or global disruptions. Orders not delivered within 45 days (or 90 days for remote areas) will be eligible for a full refund.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Here’s how:

  1. Global Tracking: Use the tracking number provided to check your package’s status on international tracking platforms.

  2. Local Courier Tracking: Once your order reaches your country, a local tracking number will be generated. Use this number to track your order via your country’s postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post).

  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your package has not arrived within the specified delivery time:

  • Contact us if the package shows no movement for over 5 business days.

  • For items not delivered within 45 days (or 90 days for remote locations), we’ll issue a full refund as per our refund policy.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customers outside the USA may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other charges depending on their country’s regulations. While we aim to minimize these costs for our customers, any applicable fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For EU customers, VAT is temporarily absorbed by cloudsharks.shop under current regulations.

1. How long does it take to receive a tracking number? It usually takes 2-5 business days after your order is processed. Multi-item orders may require additional time for all items to be shipped together.

2. Can I track my package in real time? Yes! Simply click the tracking link in your confirmation email to view your package’s real-time status.

3. Can I change or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. However, if you need to adjust your order, such as changing the color or size, contact us immediately before the item is shipped.

4. Why is there a shipping fee? We charge a small shipping fee to ensure faster delivery through tracked express services. This ensures a better shopping experience with reliable tracking and quicker transit times.

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged? We’ll replace any item damaged during transit at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product for assistance.

6. How do I pay for my order? We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards. All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store your payment details.
