Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of approval. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment method.

If an investigation by the carrier confirms the item is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided, a refund will exclude the shipping fee of $8.95. Alternatively, we may offer a reshipment as a courtesy.
